A coach is different from a therapist. A therapist takes you into your past to understand who you are today. A coach looks at who you are today and helps you get to where you want to be in the future.

As your Chopra-certified well-being coach, I believe you hold all the answers to your questions, already, inside yourself. My job is to help reveal the answers with you.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

STEP 1: FINDING TRUE PURPOSE IN LIFE

Together we create a powerful and personal Purpose Statement through inner work which helps develop a greater understanding of yourself and how you want to view yourself and the world.

STEP 2: INTENTION SETTING

Helping to capture your well-being vision by focusing on eight specific areas of your life, we integrate your vision into your daily life with well-being intentions.

STEP 3: IDENTIFYING LIMITING BELIEFS

You will identify limiting beliefs that are holding you back from unlocking an extraordinary life.

STEP 4: LOOKING AT YOUR SHADOW

You will be coached on how to come to terms with your judgments, and create a practice of self-compassion to return to wholeness.

 
Coaching packages are an 8-week commitment. We meet on zoom once a week for eight weeks. The cost is $1600.
