I'm a working fashion model with a multi-decade career, and the author of More Than Just a Pretty Face. I help women develop a clear, grounded relationship with beauty, aging, and self-image, based on lived experience, not trends.
I have spent my life existing inside beauty standards, being evaluated and photographed.
During my free time, I studied the many forms of wellness to help women navigate and gracefully embrace change. What I share combines appearance and awareness.
My viewpoint is not coming from a place of having to fix yourself. It's about learning how to meet yourself honestly, intelligently and lovingly.

Beauty changes, our bodies change, so can our visibility. What matters most is how you relate to yourself as those changes occur. I believe confidence comes from inner clarity about who you are and not about performing for others.
